Ruth was a staple of the Guild
for most of the 80's & 90's, appearing
in shows such YOU CAN'T TAKE IT WITH YOU and RUN FOR YOUR WIFE. In
December 2003, she married Gerald
Schlomer, a photographer in Sedalia, MO.

"I
moved to Sedalia and work with Gerald at our studio. Theatrically,
I haven’t had the chance to get involved with the local group here,
but I plan to soon. I’ve been involved with the PTL and other
committees with church and school and just haven’t had the time.
I did direct a play at Julian’s school and just finished our 3rd
year directing the production of “The Living Last Supper” at our
church. So, I haven’t been totally out of it."
